Greg, Lorie, Kim and Monica Y had the biggest gain with 10 points. In first place we still have Lorie, Kim and Monica Y with 34 points, Sheryl, Christine and Greg are in second with 30 points, Rhianna, Bill and Madeleine are in third with 29 points and Jason and Scott are in fourth with 28 points.

Reem is voted out. She chooses to go the “the edge of extinction” where she can somehow qualify to get back in the game, so no one gets a replacement pick since she may come back…she’s scrappy!

Sorry for the delay everyone…we’re having too much fun away from the snow!

Here are all your picks, with the random one added as your fourth player. Please take a look and ensure I got your picks right. Check in again on Thursday for our first update. If one of your players is the first to be voted out, you get to pick another player before the start of next week’s episode (to be confirmed regarding Extinction weirdness).

We have 46 players this time. That means first place will get $230.00, second will get $115.00, third will get $69.00, and fourth will get $46.00. Given this is the last time I’m doing the pool, all the money is up for grabs.

Angelina finds a clue to the idol and climbs 100″ (ya right) in the air to try and find it.  Nick wins immunity and reward.  Brings Angelina and Mike along. Angelina finds the idol.  Davie is voted out. At this point, Scott 1 is in first with 109, Scott 2 is in second with 108, Monica L is in third with 105 and Cheryl and Lloyd are in fourth with 101.

Nick wins immunity again, and Alison finds and tries to play a fake idol.  Angelina plays her idol. Alison is voted out.  At this point, Scott 1 is in first with 112, Scott 2 is in second with 108, Monica L is in third with 106 and Lloyd is in fourth with 104.

I’ve used the same scoring as last time.  Nick wins immunity for a third time, and he has an advantage to choose who he wants to go to the end with him and the remaining two have to compete by making fire. He chooses to bring Angelina to the finale, Mike and Kara compete making fire and Mike wins.  Kara is out. Now Scott 1 is still in first with 113, Scott 2, Lloyd and Joyce are in second with 108, Monica L in third with 106 and Shelley is now in fourth with 103.

Nick wins with 7 votes, Mike comes in second with 3 votes, and Angelina comes in third with no votes.

We had 46 players so the pot is $460. $10 is removed to pay for the player who lost all their survivors first (that was Norm). That leaves $450 for the winners…..

The big winner is Joyce with 123 points and wins $225. Lloyd wins second place with 118 points and wins $112.50. Scott has to settle with third with 115 points and gets $67.50 and Sheryl and Shelley share fourth with $22.50 each.

The next season starts in the spring and is called Edge of Extinction with 4 returning players. Let me know if you want to play, and winners let me know if you want me to hang on to some of your money for next time (Monica L – you still have a $7 credit).  This may be the last time I do the pool.  I’ll see how I feel when it starts.
